• Provide access and remain at the property for deliveries, repairs, installations, or cleaning
• Research and forward estimates for maintenance, installation, or repair projects
• Prepare for an owner’s or guests’ visit, arrange house cleaning, pre‑stock food and supplies, adjust HVAC, etc.
• Arrange cleaning of the property following an owner or guests’ visit
• Arrange pressure washing of driveways, walkways, and pool decks
• Pre‑storm planning and preparation
• Post‑storm property check, report possible damage, and recommend a plan of action
• Visually check grinder pump alarm
• Replace smoke detector batteries or light bulbs as requested (no ladder use)
• Home organizing: kitchens, offices, closets, garages, storage areas, etc.
• Automobiles – during service call:
