- Q. Can you schedule our home watch service to coincide with a delivery or service?
- A. Yes, we always try to accommodate our customer's needs, especially when it could mean a savings to them.
- Q. Can I pay you annually or semi-annually rather than once per month?
- A. Yes, you may. If for any reason you choose to cancel your service, you will receive a prorated refund for services not performed.
- Q. Can I save money by paying annually or semi-annually?
- A. Unfortunately, our pricing structure is already very affordable, so we do not offer discounts for advanced payments. We accept advanced payments as a courtesy to customers who prefer not to make monthly payments.
- Q. Do I have to sign a long-term contract for service?
- A. We have no long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month; however, we ask for a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to adjust scheduling in your area. The shortest service period is 8 weeks to begin and 4 weeks thereafter.
- Q. Why is it best to have your company watch my house instead of my neighbor?
- A. Many people who rely on neighbors still hire a professional home watch company. Professionals are trained to spot problems early. Anyone can discover a gushing pipe under the sink, but by then it’s too late. A trained home watch professional often notices the drip before it becomes a major issue. We are also insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
- Q. Can I save money by having you simply walk through my house without running water or checking under sinks?
- A. No. Skipping these steps would compromise the very reason you hire a professional to watch your home.
- Q. If I choose to view my report securely online, are the reports archived for future review?
- A. Yes. All reports are archived in our cloud-based software for future reference for clients in good standing.
- Q. Can I request the same home watch professional for each visit?
- A. Yes. We assign the same team member to your home for the duration of your service. Exceptions occur only if the team member is sick, on vacation, or retires.
